QUALITY POLICY

SEGLAN S.L., a company dedicated to the design and development of software for the provision of services, mobility, and technical support for payment methods and ticketing, has decided to implement an Integrated Quality and Business Continuity Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22301:2019 standards, respectively, to improve the service it provides to its customers and guarantee minimum operational levels in the event of a disruptive event.

SEGLAN’s Management focuses on the Integrated Quality and Business Continuity Management System as a way to organize the organization’s operations based on basic pillars such as the quality of its products and services, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and the effectiveness of the System. It also views it as a tool that allows us to guarantee our commitments to the most important stakeholders involved.

To this end, SEGLAN’s Integrated Management System is based on:

▪ The Integrated Management System and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of the organization, starting from the top.

▪ Quality and Business Continuity are achieved by planning, executing, reviewing, and improving the Integrated Management System, always keeping in mind the organization’s context, both internal and external.

▪ Our Integrated Management System is oriented toward the satisfaction of all our customers (and stakeholders), through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, and those specific to the applicable products and requirements.

▪ The Integrated Management System is based on Continuous Improvement of both production and service delivery processes, as well as the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, where error prevention is a fundamental aspect.

▪ Quality and Business Continuity direct us to pay the utmost attention to technological evolution and the potential improvements that new technologies make available to us.

▪ Provide a framework for establishing the strategy and objectives for response and management, as well as for subsequent recovery from a disruptive event.

▪ Consider the principles of flexibility, understanding, and support as part of our strategic direction for addressing complex challenges.

▪ Encourage leadership among your director and middle management to create and maintain an internal environment in which your staff can be fully engaged in achieving the organization’s objectives and fostering recovery.

▪ Proper assignment of roles and responsibilities to address the activities that need to be carried out.

▪ This Policy statement is in the public domain, available to stakeholders (internal and external), and represents the framework for developing recovery objectives in the event of events that impact our operations.

INTEGRATED QUALITY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY SEGLAN’s Management defines the scope and applicability of the Business Continuity Management System for all of the organization’s activities, services, personnel, and facilities.
